I had an experience with All My Brothers Roofing that showed real character. Yesterday morning, their crew accidentally started tearing off my friend and client’s roof. By the time she stopped them, half the roof was already gone. She called me right away because she trusted me to take care of it. Joseph Miller, the point man for All My Brothers, came out that morning and got on the phone with me. Even though he knew his company wouldn’t be finishing the job, he still had his guys tarp the roof to protect the homeowner. Then, without argument, he agreed to pay us to install the materials they had already purchased so the homeowner wouldn’t be left hanging. In the DFW roofing market, there are plenty of shady actors and companies that would’ve fought, blamed, or run. Joseph did the opposite. He showed integrity, professionalism, and put the homeowner first. Mistakes happen in business — what separates the great companies is how they handle them. Joseph and All My Brothers Roofing handled this with honor. We need more Josephs in this industry.

Last week, All My Brother’s had an incorrect address (very similar to my own) and began removing my existing roof to replace it. I was a bit shocked and understandably confused. However, I know it was an honest mistake (if you’ve never made a mistake, throw the first stone). What was so impressive was Joseph taking immediate responsibility. He not only addressed the error but also replaced my existing roof with significantly upgraded materials and did not charge me one cent. He took an incredibly stressful situation and completely turned it around! Joseph calmed my anxiety by ensuring that a tarp was installed and that the new materials were delivered. He personally came by to provide me with the warranty and other documentation for my homeowner’s insurance. I am a fraud investigator by profession and see an insane amount of fraud, particularly in the construction and roofing industry. It was refreshing to know that Joseph and All My Brothers not only made me whole, but better. I am confident that if I have any future roofing repairs needed, I will contact All My Brothers. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am by Joseph & his team’s integrity. Thank you, Joseph, for doing the right thing, even when many of your peers do not! You have a client for life.

All My Brothers Construction is a class act. Good communications and always on time. Joseph really knows what is doing with inspections and working with your insurance. He came out and did the original inspection and we got on the phone with Hartford and filed the claim together. He made sure that he was here when the Hartford inspector came out and fought to get everything that I was intitled to including impact-resistant shingles, gutters and replacement of roof turbines; he even added an extra one, on him. I was taken back about how quick and efficient their crew was. 6.5 hours to remove the old roof, replace 3 sheets of decking, install the new roof and complete cleanup.

10 out of 10 for this team of brothers. They traverse the intricacies of insurance roof repair, which does not make sense to me. Insurance claims are another level of capabilities. They did a fantastic job and replaced my roof with class 4 shingles which reduces my insurance premium. Total bonus. Cannot praise them high enough for the ability to work with insurance and with their roofing team to make everything happen. Great job on clean up after replacing roof. They made it easy for the me, the home owner. Glad I did not have to do that heavy lifting with insurance company. Recommend them highly. Not just roof repair, also used them for fixing exterior wood work. Loved that they understood my frugal nature. Had to add additional information to this review. I paid my deductible and was told it would make a difference in my insurance. State Farm requires specific documentation for acknowledgment of improved roof shingles. My home owners reduced by $983 per year! I cannot say enough good things about these brothers. They have the magic and understand how to work with insurance companies to us, the customers benefit. Best decision I ever made was to use them for my roof and exterior wood repair.

They did a fantastic job. Straight forward pricing. Very professional! Joseph did a wonderful job. I have never meet a contractor who really loves what they do. Always available if I had any questions. They replaced my deck board, protective layers, shingles, exhaust pipes, everything! They even fixed stuff that wasn't even roof related. On top of that they used material that helped lower my premium.
This summer, we had a very strong storm in my area and my house was severly damaged by hail. i was looking for a good roofer to reroof my houses. After storm, at least 3 roofers were knocking my door. Joseph must have been the 12th guy that knocked my door. After talking to him, I figured Joseph was the right roofer for me. I thought he will take care of my roofing work from begining to end to my satisfaction. And I gave my work to him and today he finished the last step of submitting the Certificate of Completion to the insurance company. He did everything beyond my satisfaction. I referred him to my neighbors and friends. He completed 3 houses for them.
What a great group of people, it's so stressful when you find out you have hail damage on your house and property. I've lived in my house for 35 years and have dealt with more than my share of contractors, but Joseph with all my brothers makes them all look like they're not even trying. Not only did he work with my insurance company (Allstate) to insure that no money was left on the table, he also stayed in touch every step of the way and his team were top notch. They completely finished my new roof in one day and that included a new deck for my roof as well, meaning all new plywood under my shingles. His men and woman worked like a machine, cleaning up as they went along to insure a safe work environment after they left you couldn't even tell they had been there.Now my roof is perfect and my house has never looked better. This company is more than just a roofing company they are a Godsend, I would recommend them to anybody that wants a trouble free experience. I wish I had found them years ago. These guys have made a customer for life.
Joseph is amazing! I was very happy with the roof replacement project he did for me. Joseph was always responsive quickly to my needs and concerns, making sure everything completed to perfection. Just to name a few examples, he called in different contractors to redo the work on some of the solar screen windows replacement and the work on some part of the gutter installation, after I showed him that the initial work was not completed well. Joseph is honest & dependable. I certainly will use him again if the need arises. I highly recommend Joseph to anyone in need of a new roof!

Joseph and his brothers did 3 houses for me. One house Allstate did not want to pay, even though there was a leak. They stayed on top of it to and 2 months later got it approved. They work miracles with the insurance company and do great work.

After hail damage and major wind damage, our roof was in need of repair. Joseph from All My Brothers Construction came out and did the initial inspection. When it was time to deal with the insurance company, the insurance did not want to pay. Joseph made sure to stay on top of the adjusters and after dealing with multiple adjusters the insurance finally caved. If it wasn’t for Joseph, we probably would’ve just given up because dealing with the insurance always denying claims is just a hassle. Thankfully, we had Joseph on our side. I am so grateful and I am absolutely in love with our new roof. We also were able to get the discount on our premium because of our new roof. Joseph is very polite, patient, very kind hearted and an all-around great person and I’ll continue to do business with this company.

I had a great experience with Joseph and his team. When I reached out about a gutter issue Joseph came out the same day during the busy rainy season to inspect my roof and gutter. He was very honest and told me the roof was still in good condition but the gutter angle was off which was causing water to flow incorrectly. Shortly after, he sent his team to replace the affected section of the gutter. What really impressed to me was his honesty and care for his customer. He noticed some small gaps between the roof and the wall and took the time to fix it on the spot. When I offered to pay for the extra work. He said that it was part of the gutter job and didn’t charge me anything extra. Joseph is reliable, fair and professional. I rarely leave comments or rate businesses but in this case I felt inclined to do so because of the excellent experience that I had when dealing with All My Brothers Construction. When a hail storm hit my area I was in need of a roof replacement and after many contractors approached me to have it replaced , I decided to go with All My Brothers because of the initial interaction with Joseph. From the get go he was very polite, knowledgeable and not pushy about getting the job. He answered all of my questions about the process and I just felt that he was the Contractor that I needed to go with. He’s very honest and easy to deal with, he goes above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with the work he is entrusted with. I have recommended him to family and friends and I know he has treated them as he treated me. If you go with this company and specifically Joseph for all your home improvements needs you will not be disappointed.
I called Farmer's Insurance to get a recommendation for a new roof. They gave me a couple of contractors they have worked with but Joseph from All My Brothers Construction was the only company to return my calls. Not only did they do a great job, they got to work within a day or two getting estimates to Farmers. They worked with Farmers to get me the best claim adjustments I could ask for. They went well beyond for my satisfaction. I am very happy with the results and would recommend them for any construction needs you have. When I need a new fence, I'll be calling them.

We had Allstate and we were denied. Joseph and his brothers kept working on our claim and got it approved 2 months later. They were even able to get us an impact resistant shingles that save us money. I highly recommend and already referred them to our neighbors
My brother in law recommend me Joseph owner of All My Brothers Construction after I lost hope with my insurers to pay all damages in my house last year after the big storm. I was really sad and with no resources to pay out of pocket due to ins. Want me to pay due to deductible. Joseph called me and came to my house very soon after my brother in law told him about my case Joseph submitted the estimate of all the damage and ins. still was refusing to pay saying it falls in to deductible and was my responsability but Joseph did give up and he keeps applying until the pay all the damage even inside my house, they send me two checks to replace the hole roof, new fence with gate, new gutters, new deck, he send send a professional people to cut a tree behind my house. Joseph is very professional, honest, reliable and the the most a very wonderful person that cares about his clients and work very hard to get the most possible from ins. to help his clients. If it wasn't for Joseph company (All my brothers Construction) ins. wouldn't pay anything of my damages. Many blessings to Joseph and all the people that is part of his company, they work so hard and did an amazing work in my house.

I spoke with Joseph over a year ago while he was working on a neighbor's roof. I could tell that he cared about taking care of his clients and took pride in his work. When a recent hail storm came through, he was my first call the following day. From start to finish the process was smooth and everything was explained in detail. He took all the worry out of the entire process from dealing with insurance, to completing the job. Just want to say what a wonderful job ALL MY BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION did on my roof and my d sister’s. Both were complicated, dealing with insurance issues , but Joseph stayed with the process until the three houses were completed with new roofs. He spent so much time with us and we are both very pleased with the outcome. Joseph and his brother Jeffrey are the best!!! We were new to the area and Jeffrey did our neighbor’s house. We had already filed a claim and the insurance said there wasn’t enough damage to cover the deductible. Jeffrey did an inspection and said he could get the insurance to pay. Two weeks later he had the insurance pay for our roof, gutters, screens, fence and more. They did all the work 3days later and everything came out great. We are so glad we trusted them to work on our home. Highly recommend 10/10

From top to bottom AMBC aced our house glow up! We first contacted Lisa Hickam, because a previous company all but gave us nothing, dissatisfied & uneasy, we sought out another company & so glad we found them! Lisa was quick to come out & get the process started, she was kind & reassuring. When Joseph showed up, it cemented the fact that we were in great & capable hands. Above & beyond! They fought hard with our insurance company & brought our aging roof up to code & gave it quite the glow up! As we’ve discovered, pools are hard to get covered, but that didn’t stop Joseph. 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend.
