She dealt with the insurance claims adjuster and getting the money owed figured out. The roofs on the house and barns were done quickly and look fantastic. Joseph, the owner, was there the whole time. The additional work on the patios, windows, interior, and screens had to be scheduled out and took a bit longer to complete, but that was understandable. When something wasn't done right, Lisa was on top of it and Jeff made sure to come out and fix it himself. I appreciate their hard work and am happy with the results.
