Joseph, the owner, was there the whole time. The additional work on the patios, windows, interior, and screens had to be scheduled out and took a bit longer to complete, but that was understandable. When something wasn't done right, Lisa was on top of it and Jeff made sure to come out and fix it himself. I appreciate their hard work and am happy with the results.
